To strengthen our sales pipeline and vertical expansion, we are seeking a Lead Generation
Manager to lead and scale our outreach and prospecting function.
Role Summary
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the
company’s lead generation engine across key verticals (Interior Designers, Hotels, PMCs,
Government, International, etc.).
This role requires strong experience in B2B lead generation, team management, pipeline
building, and conversion optimization from first contact to proposal stage handover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Strategy & Ownership
● Develop and execute structured lead generation strategies aligned with vertical
revenue targets.
● Define outreach frameworks (calls, emails, LinkedIn, databases, referrals).
● Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality, qualified leads.
2. Team Management
● Lead and manage a team of Lead Generation Executives.
● Set daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
● Monitor call quality, email communication standards, and lead qualification accuracy.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
3. Pipeline Development & Qualification
● Ensure strong qualification standards before handoff to the sales team.
● Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-probability leads.
● Improve conversion rate from outreach to quote stage.
4. Process & CRM Management
● Implement structured CRM tracking for all leads.
● Maintain dashboards for:
○ Outreach activity
○ Qualified leads
○ Quote requests
○ Handoff conversions
● Ensure clean data management and reporting discipline.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
● Work closely with Vertical Heads and Sales Managers to align on target segments.
● Ensure smooth handover of leads to the sales team.
● Provide market insights and feedback from outreach efforts.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
● Track KPIs including:
○ Outreach volume
○ Qualified lead ratio
○ Quote request rate
○ Pipeline value
● Present weekly and monthly reports to leadership.
Candidate Profile
● 3–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
● Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience preferred.
● Strong understanding of project-based sales or luxury/interior product industry.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Proficient in CRM systems and Excel reporting.
● Target-driven with strong analytical capability.
