Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

Account Manager – Staffing

who can manage key client accounts, drive recruitment delivery, and handle end-to-end staffing operations. The role requires strong client-handling skills, sourcing expertise, and close coordination with recruiters to ensure timely and quality closures.

Key Responsibilities Manage and handle

existing client accounts

for IT & Non-IT staffing requirements Act as a

single point of contact

between clients and the delivery/recruitment team Understand client hiring needs, SLAs, and expectations clearly Drive

end-to-end recruitment delivery

, ensuring timely closures Support sourcing activities when required (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.) Monitor recruiter performance and guide the team to meet targets Ensure

client satisfaction

, relationship management, and repeat business Track open positions, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures Prepare and share regular

MIS, reports, and delivery updates Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in

staffing/recruitment industry Strong experience in

client handling and account management Hands-on knowledge of

IT & Non-IT recruitment sourcing Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously Experience working with recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and delivery targets Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
