Product Manager – D2C Fashion (Web, App & Omnichannel)
Role Purpose
Own and improve the end-to-end customer journey across D2C website/app and retail touchpoints to drive conversion, repeat, and revenue, by translating business goals into high-impact product execution.
KRA 1: Customer Experience Ownership (D2C + Retail)
Skills
• Fashion-specific customer journey mapping (browse to post-purchase)
• Understanding of size/fit anxiety, returns, delivery TAT, discovery fatigue
• Ability to translate CX feedback into product problems
• End-to-end ownership of CX issues
OKRs
Objective: Improve overall customer experience and reduce friction
Key Results:
• Implement, measure & Improve NPS in 3 quarters
• Reduce CX tickets per 1,000 orders by 20%
• Improve repeat purchase rate by 5%
• Launch 2 CX improvements per quarter
KRA 2: Omnichannel Product Strategy
Skills
• Strong D2C, retail, and marketplace understanding
• Alignment of brand, merchandising, ops, and tech
• Clear thinking on consistency vs contextual experiences
• Business-first roadmap thinking

Objective: Build and execute omnichannel roadmap
Key Results:
• Quarterly roadmap with leadership sign-off
• Launch 3 omnichannel capabilities in 2 quarters
• 100% PRDs tied to business metrics
• ≥85% on-time roadmap delivery
KRA 3: Site Merchandising & Product Discovery (Critical)
Skills
• Fashion merchandising logic (collections, seasonality)
• Discovery optimisation (search, filters, ranking)
• CMS and catalog coordination
• Comfort with large variant-heavy catalogs
OKRs
Objective: Improve product discovery effectiveness
Key Results:
• Increase PLP → PDP CTR by 15–20%
• Improve search success by 20%
• Reduce zero-result searches by 30%
• One major discovery improvement per quarter
KRA 4: CRO & Data-Driven Optimisation
Skills
• Conversion funnel expertise
• A/B testing and experimentation
• Hypothesis-driven optimisation
• Data interpretation (GA, Mixpanel, dashboards)
OKRs
Objective: Improve conversion and revenue
Key Results:
• Improve CVR by 0.4–0.7% in 6 months
• Run 3 A/B tests per month
• Improve checkout completion by 10–15%
• Increase AOV by 5%
KRA 5: Tech Ecosystem & Delivery Ownership

• Understanding of frontend, backend, ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM
• Agile execution and sprint ownership
