.NET Trainer – Corporate Training / Cohort Enablement

.NET Trainer

to deliver structured training for early-career and lateral talents. You will drive Master Classes + Hands-on learning, ensure concept clarity, run evaluations, and support teams through project readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

.NET training sessions

(theory + hands-on) aligned to program curriculum and outcomes. Teach core concepts such as

C#, OOP, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), Entity Framework , and debugging practices. Provide assignments, labs, and mini-projects to reinforce learning. Track learner progress and share periodic performance insights with the program team. Conduct evaluations (quizzes, coding tests, reviews) and support remediation for low performers. Guide talent on best practices: clean code, architecture basics, Systems and API design, error handling, Git workflow. Collaborate with TPAs/stakeholders to align training pace with program milestones and deliverables. Support Q&A, doubt-clearing sessions, and project preparation.

Requirements

Minimum

3+ years of experience in .NET training

(or strong .NET dev experience with significant training/mentoring exposure). Strong command over

C# and .NET ecosystem

with practical, real-world examples. Able to simplify complex topics and teach with structured lesson plans. Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills. Comfortable with hybrid/remote delivery tools (Teams/Zoom) and sharing materials.

Good to Have Exposure to SQL Server, REST, Swagger, Postman, basic Azure, CI/CD fundamentals. Prior experience training cohorts in corporate/bootcamp environments.
