Sr BIM Modeller - MEP

We are looking for a skilled

BIM MEP Specialist

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating 3D MEP models using

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

software. This role requires expertise in electrical design, Revit MEP, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Immediate joiners or with notice period of 15 days would be preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BIM MEP modelling for MEP projects. Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, Di-Roots, Dynamo. Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and cable routing. Experience with clash detection, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage

3D MEP models

using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 . Create MEP

layouts , schematics, conduit/ tray/ duct/ pipe routing, panel/ pump schedules, and lighting and ELV systems. Prepare electrical circuit layouts, schematics, and construction drawings. Ensure

clash detection and resolution

by coordinating with MEP disciplines. Generate

shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings

based on design models. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for

BIM execution and coordination . Follow project-specific

BIM standards, LOD requirements , and

documentation protocols .
