Intellectual Property Lawyer

Our client, a

leading IT services and consulting company,

is looking to hire an

Intellectual Property Lawyer with experience in Patent drafting/prosecution.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate software licensing, technology transfer (SaaS/PaaS/Cloud), MSA, LOI, MOU, alliance agreements, and IP clauses in commercial contracts. Advise business teams on IP matters relating to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Support contract management and collaborate with external counsel when required. Assist with patent drafting, prosecution, analytics, and IP/brand/domain disputes (preferred).

Requirements LLB/LLM

from a recognized institution AND

B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation & Control. 3–6 years of IP experience (in-house preferred)
