Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer who can manage day-to-day site execution, ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

This role is execution-focused and requires strong site presence, discipline, and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship

Ensure safety norms and site discipline are followed

Identify execution issues and escalate in a timely manner

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants

Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material records

Track work progress against schedules and highlight delays

Measurements & Billing Support

Take site measurements and support contractor billing

Verify quantities and work completed at site

Maintain basic documentation related to execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

2 to 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction

Strong understanding of construction methods and site execution

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

Good to Have

Experience working with real estate developers

Familiarity with basic project scheduling and reporting

Knowledge of safety and quality control processes
