MBA – Human Resources Job Summary: We are looking for an MBA HR graduate to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities: Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations. Maintain employee records and HR trackers. Coordinate with payroll and other teams for HR-related inputs. Handle employee queries and ensure policy compliance. Assist with HR reports and MIS. Skills Required: MBA in HR (Freshers / early professionals). Good communication and MS Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
