Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager at Polestar Etail located in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's online sales and presence, including market place ( flipkart, myntra, amazon) management, product listing optimization, inventory management, marketing campaigns, and customer support. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, improve customer experience, and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in ecommerce management and online sales - Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify etc. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of social media platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience in the retail industry is a plus - Understanding of customer behavior and market trends
