Role Purpose
Create and Drive KAM strategy across key countries and ensure execution and enhancing in-market brand visibility for BSV’s presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management Strategy:
- Create unique KAM strategy for the IVF business
- Execute and reinforce the plans for installation & execution of the strategy
Marketing Strategy Implementation
- Develop marketing plans for the KAM teams aligned to the Global Strategy
- Coordinate timely rollout of campaigns, promotional content, and digital assets
- Provide actionable market insights for planning and optimization
KAM Performance Management
- Track performance KPIs and support repositioning strategies when needed
Field Execution & Customer Engagement
- Conduct fieldwork to monitor marketing execution and gather HCP feedback
- Roll out, organize and implement CMEs, RTMs and KAM activities
- Support sales teams with clinical tools, product messaging, and contents
Sales Force Enablement
- Train KAM teams on consultative selling
- Build promotional capability across customer touchpoints
- Monitor performance
Education:
- MBA in Marketing / Pharmaceutical Management / Life Sciences preferred
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing with prior 8-10 years in Sales Management with Key Account Management Experience in IVF or Specialty business
Key Skills:
- Strong performance and execution mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Clinical understanding and customer insight orientation
- Familiarity with digital platforms and CRM tools
