Job Description
Role Overview: You will be the bridge between our internal brand vision and reality. You will be responsible to spearhead, execute social media hygiene, and manage the front-line relationships with content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Social Media Execution: Implement the posting schedules, content buckets, and profile page optimization strategies outlined in the agency's social media audits
Creator & Influencer Negotiation: Utilize the influencer framework provided by the agency to find, converse with, and negotiate rates with external creators
Raw Content Coordination: Act as the point of contact to gather raw footage and product shoot videos from influencers and internal shoots, delivering them to the agency so they can handle the scripting, storyboarding, and final video editing
Customer Insight Gathering:
Continuously monitor community feedback and social media analytics to feed behavioural insights.
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Experience creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns
Creative mindset with a strong ability to generate engaging and on-brand content
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
Experience in the fashion or tech industry is a plus
