Beauty / Personal Care / D2C At Clayco, we are building a performance-led, honest, and fast-growing personal care brand. We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing professional who understands that real scale in India comes from the right creator mix — regional voices, strong content hooks, and ROI-focused collaborations, not just premium names. What You’ll Own • Plan and execute influencer campaigns across product launches and always-on growth • Drive measurable ROI — track revenue, CPV, CPO, engagement, and conversions • Build the right creator mix across Nano, Micro, Macro, Regional & Vernacular influencers • Identify and scale high-performing non-premium creators with strong sales impact • Manage influencer platforms such as ViralMe, Wishlink, Lehlah, etc. • Build repeat creator pools and long-term partnerships • Spot high-performing UGC and repurpose it for ads, marketplaces, and website • Ensure smooth execution — briefs, timelines, tracking, reporting, and dashboards • Test new formats: lives, routines, challenges, affiliate-led campaigns, regional pushes What We’re Looking For • 2–6 years in Influencer Marketing / Creator Partnerships / Social Commerce • Strong understanding of influencer ROI, attribution, and performance metrics • Familiarity with regional content ecosystems and Hindi/vernacular creators • Ability to evaluate creators based on business impact, not vanity metrics • Experience in beauty, personal care, fashion, or D2C brands preferred • Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-growth setup If you enjoy blending creativity with numbers, and want to build a scalable influencer engine rather than just run campaigns — we’d love to talk.
