Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives. Elicit, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements for web-based solutions. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing projects.

System Design Documentation:

Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and use cases. Develop workflow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups to support system design. Ensure that projects are designed to meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to ensure the successful implementation of websites and web applications. Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment. Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and business goals. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and any necessary adjustments. Conduct project demos for clients, showcasing completed features and functionalities, and manage the final delivery process.

Testing Quality Assurance:

Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure systems meet client expectations and quality standards. Identify, document, and resolve any issues or bugs during the testing phases. Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI to generate reports and insights.

Continuous Improvement:

Monitor project performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimisations. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in web-based business systems. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between engineers, designers, and customers to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Co-ordinator / Client Relationship role with a focus on web-based technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in creating detailed business process documentation, system requirements, and technical specifications. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI preferred). Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence). Ability to create and maintain clear documentation. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
