Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK:
Act as a strategic HR partner while managing end-to-end HR operations for the assigned function(s)/region, ensuring seamless execution of people, talent, productivity, and engagement strategies aligned with overall business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Strategic Business Partnering
Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, governance frameworks, and employee relations practices across the function/region.
Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness and engagement.
Performance & Talent Management
Drive a high-performance culture by partnering with managers to proactively address performance concerns and capability gaps.
Identify structural and productivity improvement opportunities to reduce redundancies.
Collaborate with leadership to assess critical talent gaps and build strong talent pipelines.
Lead succession planning and strategic talent infusion initiatives to strengthen leadership bench strength.
Learning & Development (L&D) and OD Governance
Drive focused L&D interventions aligned with business priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Establish governance mechanisms to measure program effectiveness, ROI, and business impact of development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Experience
Design and implement engagement strategies across employee segments to enhance culture and retention.
Drive targeted interventions to strengthen employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU:
Experience:
8 – 12 yrs of progressive HR experience
Qualification Background:
MBA /PGDBM in HR
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong HR business partnering capability
Stakeholder management at senior levels
Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
High ownership and execution orientation
