We are hiring for a Finance Director | FMCG Manufacturing | Oman We are supporting a well established FMCG manufacturing group in Oman as they enter a new phase of growth and structured investment deployment. This is a senior leadership appointment with full ownership of financial strategy, governance, and capital discipline. The role works closely with executive leadership to enable expansion while maintaining strong financial control.

Package Salary: 3,500 OMR Location: Oman - Must be willing to relocate to OMAN Sector: FMCG / Manufacturing

The Role The Finance Director will lead all financial operations, planning, and reporting, with particular responsibility for: Financial strategy, capital deployment, and investment governance Budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the business Treasury, cash flow, and working capital optimisation Compliance, risk management, and regulatory engagement Designing financial frameworks to support growth, new product launches, and expansion initiatives This role is both strategic and hands on, suited to a leader who can balance commercial ambition with financial rigour.

Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) Senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and financial governance Proven experience supporting growth, expansion, or investment led initiatives Confident engaging with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders Able to design and implement financial frameworks that support executive decision making at scale
