About Cribo You will be facilitating landlords and agents with listing their properties on the portal.

Role Overview As a Sales Representative, you’ll help ensure new users and listers have a smooth, supportive experience on Cribo From guiding them through the platform to improving onboarding materials, you’ll be key to growing our engaged community.

Key Responsibilities Connect and assist new users during their onboarding journey. Help streamline onboarding flows and gather feedback. Ensure smooth work flow and maintain data

Requirements Strong English communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organized. 1+ years of Experience in international call center, customer service process Student or recent graduates, (Business, Comms, etc.) with excellent command over English is also Welcome Soft Skills and conversational skills.
