Business Development Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Work with sales team to develop standard lead research templates and HubSpot Playbooks per business persona/campaign
Perform company / contact research as per ICP.
Develop strategy, cadence and day-to-day execution of email templates/sequences for lead gen drip campaigns.
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn and cold calls to qualify inbound leads generated and outbound outreach to maintain a dynamic lead pipeline.
Craft compliant messaging adhering to the CAN SPAM Act.
Ensure CRM automations in HubSpot are functioning properly.
Report progress in Hubspot CRM, overseeing lead intake and transitioning to the sales team and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Act as the lead generation and prospecting subject matter expert (SME) for the sales team, facilitating monthly Lead Gen Community of Practice (CoP) calls to share and implement best practices.
Providing coverage of up to 50% during USA business hours (Shift Timings: 3 to 11 PM IST)

Previous experience in generating business for a marketing agency, association management, conferences, or print/ industry
Goals:
Achieve a lead success conversion rate of 20% or higher annually for CJK brands.
5 to 8 years
of experience in sales, lead generation, or B2B email marketing.
English language proficiency, experience working with CRMs (Hubspot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lead Intelligence tools
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing(Pref)
