Finance Manager – Messaging (A2P SMS / Enterprise) . The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and oversee financial transactions related to wholesale and enterprise messaging services.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations Oversee the complete finance function:

AP/AR ,

bank reconciliations ,

cash flow ,

GL management , and

month-end close Manage timely and accurate

P&L ,

balance sheet , and

cash flow reporting Maintain and reconcile detailed

Statements of Account (SOA)

for customers and suppliers Ensure clean and audit-ready books across multiple international entities

Revenue & Margin Management Monitor daily/weekly/monthly

revenue flows , segmented by customer, route, and region Track

gross margins

at a granular level to identify opportunities for pricing optimization or cost control Collaborate with the Carrier and Sales teams to ensure profitable route mix and contract terms Analyze

blended costs ,

termination fees ,

discount structures , and

revenue leakage

risks Support commercial leadership in evaluating

deal profitability

and new route onboarding

Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis Lead

budgeting, forecasting , and

cash flow projections Deliver detailed

variance analysis

and KPI tracking to inform leadership decisions Build and maintain

financial models

for scenario planning, risk assessment, and growth projections

⚙️ Billing, Disputes & Payments Oversee customer invoicing and vendor payment cycles across various currencies and geographies Lead

dispute resolution

processes related to traffic volumes, pricing errors, or technical mismatches Ensure timely clearing of SOAs and minimize open exposures with vendors or clients

U.S. Compliance & Delaware Corporation Reporting Manage all aspects of U.S. GAAP accounting and

Delaware-based corporate finance requirements Coordinate with U.S. tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely

regulatory filings Ensure

compliance with W-8/W-9 documentation , federal tax requirements, and cross-border payments

Systems, Controls & Process Optimization Improve and automate financial workflows for accuracy and efficiency Design and enforce robust

internal financial controls

and SOPs Implement

reporting dashboards

(Excel, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to provide real-time financial visibility

✅ Requirements

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's in

Finance, Accounting, or Business

(CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred) 2 years+ Experience with A2P SMS, CPaaS, and wholesale messaging services Prior experience

on Horisen messaging platform and managing finance for a US based corporation is

highly valued Strong command of

revenue recognition ,

gross margin management , and international finance Skilled in

accounting platforms

(QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, or ERP systems) and

advanced Excel Preferred Skills Familiarity with

A2P SMS pricing models ,

carrier settlements , and messaging route dynamics Strong experience with

multi-currency operations ,

cross-border tax , and

intercompany accounting Ability to build

BI dashboards

and generate actionable commercial insights Effective communicator able to work across Sales, Operations, and Tech teams
