Senior Associate / Investment Manager , you will actively contribute across all stages of the investment lifecycle—from evaluation to execution and portfolio management. You will be expected to go beyond analysis: bring independent thinking, challenge assumptions, and propose actionable solutions. The role demands intellectual curiosity, ownership, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities

Lead financial and strategic analysis, including valuation modeling, due diligence, and market research Contribute meaningfully to investment discussions with well-reasoned perspectives and alternative viewpoints Identify key issues and drive practical, solution-oriented outcomes Prepare investment materials such as memos, presentations, and committee documents Support portfolio companies through ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting Build and maintain relationships with management teams, advisors, and intermediaries Take ownership of deliverables and manage workflows proactively Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or asset management Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with transaction experience Ability to think independently, articulate insights clearly, and defend recommendations Exposure to sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, healthcare, business services, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in discussions and debates Strong academic background; MBA, CFA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred What We Offer
