About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic

Chief Financial Officer

(CFO) to lead the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and long-term strategy. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory requirements Implement strong internal controls and financial discipline Manage banking, cash flow, working capital, and financial risk Provide strategic insights to management for business growth Evaluate investments, costing, and profitability Lead & mentor the finance and accounts team Support expansion, capital expenditure, and modernization projects

Qualifications CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred 5–20+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, MIS, costing & compliance Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
