Senior Information Technology Project Manager

CMK Resources is searching for a Project Manager to lead an integration best practices initiative for a global technology client. This role focuses on driving alignment between two major product engineering teams and ensuring their combined work results in scalable, repeatable best practices that can be delivered to enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager who thrives in cross-functional environments, excels at building structure, and knows how to drive clarity across complex technical workstreams.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for the integration initiative Define key milestones, deliverables, and success criteria Build governance documentation, including status reporting, project structure, and communication workflows Serve as the primary liaison between two global product engineering organizations Facilitate collaboration, ensure alignment, and support decision-making across stakeholders Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and keep teams moving toward shared outcomes Support the creation of technical best practices that the client can take to market for broader customer adoption Coordinate cross-team workshops, milestone reviews, and integration checkpoints Track progress and ensure the initiative is executed on time and to scope

Required Experience 7 or more years of project management experience in enterprise technology environments Proven background working across engineering or product teams Strong understanding of technical program structures, milestones, and governance Ability to drive alignment and communication between globally distributed teams Exceptional organizational, documentation, and facilitation skills Experience working within matrixed organizations supporting product, engineering, and go-to-market teams

Location Ability to travel occasionally, up to 4 times per year to Europe
