Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Merchandiser in Home Textiles. The role is based in Karur, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, managing communications, assisting in sales support, and ensuring that retail and marketing strategies align with the company’s objectives. The Junior Merchandiser will also work closely with teams on product development and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Customer Service skills aimed at providing an excellent customer experience Sales and Retail knowledge to support merchandising activities and drive business growth Basic Marketing skills to contribute to campaign planning and product promotions Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic hybrid environment Proficiency in using computer applications and tools related to merchandising Prior experience in textiles or a related field is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is preferred
