Yurme is building the operating infrastructure for the media & entertainment industry — connecting talent, agencies, production houses, brands, and OTT platforms into one intelligent ecosystem.

We’re looking for an Agency Partnerships & Operations Executive to help us build and manage our agency network.

What you'll Do

• Identify and reach out to modeling, casting, influencer & production agencies

• Support partnership discussions and onboarding

• Structure and organize agency talent data

• Ensure listing accuracy and operational consistency

• Coordinate with internal product & tech teams

• Track engagement and activation metrics

• Maintain strong working relationships with agency partners

This role is execution-focused with growth exposure.

Who You Are

• 1–4 years experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Operations

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets

• Confident in LinkedIn outreach and professional conversations

• Interest in media, fashion, advertising, influencer, or entertainment ecosystem

Growth Path

This role can grow into:

Senior Partnerships Executive → Partnerships Manager → Growth Lead
