Senior Robotic Process Automation Analyst/Specialist (RPA)

As an RPA Analyst, you will be responsible for automation solution development, Design and implement RPA workflows for business processes, Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions, Quality Assurance & Testing, Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes, API Integration Implementation, monitoring and performance analysis and Technical Documentation

Please note: This position requires full-time presence in US West Coast time zone (5 days per week) fully remote

Responsibilities

1.Automation Solution Development

Research and evaluate potential automation scenarios Design and implement RPA workflows for business processes Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions

2.Quality Assurance & Testing

Develop and execute test plans for automation solutions Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on RPA workflows Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes

3.Monitoring & Performance Analysis

Configure monitoring for automated workflows Analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities Implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency

4.API Integration Implementation

Design custom API integration solutions Develop and document API connections between systems Ensure secure and efficient data exchange through APIs

5.Technical Documentation

Create detailed documentation for automated processes Document workflows, integrations, and scripts Maintain knowledge base for automation solutions

Skills & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of RPA & Automation experience Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL Ability to write, modify, and debug scripts for automation workflows Experience with Power Automate and knowledge of other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) Understanding of RPA development lifecycle and implementation methodologies Expertise in REST API principles and JSON data structures Experience building and consuming API endpoints Skills in designing and implementing API-based integrations between systems Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI services and implementation Experience developing and deploying Microsoft Chatbots (Copilot Studio) Understanding of PowerApps integration with AI services Familiarity with ChatGPT and similar LLM implementations In-depth understanding of ConnectWise platform architecture Experience with ConnectWise API capabilities and integration patterns Ability to optimize automated workflows within ConnectWise Ability to adapt communication style for U.S. audiences is an added advantage Prior experience supporting or interacting with U.S.-based customers (highly desired).
