Investment Banking Analyst (M&A | Financial Modelling) | Global Investment Firm Full- Time, Remote EST- (6PM to 3AM IST)

We’re hiring for a

global investment platform

that partners with leading institutional investors, family offices, and entrepreneurs to invest in high-quality private market opportunities. The firm operates across the

US, UK/EU, and Asia (ex-China) , with a focus on

private equity and venture capital strategies

across sectors including hospitality, education, retail, media, telecommunications, and energy.

Role Overview: You will be involved in

end-to-end deal execution , working closely with senior stakeholders on live mandates. This role offers strong exposure to cross-border transactions and global deal-making.

Key Responsibilities: Build

financial models independently

(3-statement, valuation, scenario analysis) Perform

valuations

(DCF, comps, precedent transactions) Prepare

investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations Support

M&A and capital raising transactions Conduct

industry and financial analysis Assist in

deal execution and structuring

Ideal Candidate: 2+ years in

Investment Banking / M&A / Transaction Advisory Strong expertise in

financial modelling (mandatory) Experience working on

live deals Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to thrive in a

high-performance environment
