As part of our continued business expansion, we are seeking commercial and procurement leaders with strong technical and commercial acumen who can support end‑to‑end procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier governance.

Role overview:

Cairn is pleased to invite applications from experienced Procurement and Supply Chain professionals for multiple roles for our Oil & Gas operations. The Sourcing leaders will be responsible for consolidating procurement activities and reducing transaction volumes, by strengthening processes and adopting best practices. They would drive commercial process efficiency and achieve savings through digital buying and intervention. The focus would be on driving business partner optimization across sectors by devising end-to-end contract. They would ensure robust control and governance across procurement functions by ensuring all commercial contracting processes are transparent, fully compliant and executed with high efficiency.

The role works closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and technical leadership to grow market share, optimize contract value, enhance profitability, and steer the organization through complex commercial landscapes typical to an oil and gas industry.

Location:

Rajasthan (Barmer) and Andhra Pradesh (Amalapuram)

Qualification & Experience:

10 plus years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, LNG, Petrochemicals, Automobile, or related heavy-industrial sectors. Proven track record in commercial roles, business development, large-scale contract negotiation, and management of Business partner Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry economics MBA or equivalent degree preferred, Engineering background advantageous.
