Assitant manager HRBP

We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – HRBP Company: Prochant India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Chennai – DLF Porur Shift timings: UK Shifts 1 to 10 pm or 3 to 12 pm Work Mode: WFO (Monday–Friday)

Role Snapshot: Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and retention in a fast-paced ITES/Healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases Drive retention initiatives and proactively address attrition Own performance management cycles – goals, reviews, appraisals Strengthen employee engagement & culture with people managers Ensure policy & statutory compliance Support talent management, workforce & succession planning Use HR analytics to enable data-driven decisions

What We’re Looking For 6+ years of core HRBP experience (ITES/Healthcare/BPO preferred) Strong expertise in ER, grievance handling, retention & performance management Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Comfortable with UK shifts & WFO setup Experience partnering with senior leaders

Education MBA / MSW / MA in HR (Mandatory)
