Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Quality and Training based in Panchkula. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, designing and implementing training programs, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits, developing training materials, and providing regular performance feedback. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize operational efficiency and maintain high service quality.
Qualifications
Experience in Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
Training Development, Facilitation, and Performance Monitoring skills
Competence in Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution
Strong Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with training tools or software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
Preferred: Experience in the security services industry and knowledge of compliance standards
