About JBMatrix JBMatrix is a technology solutions company specializing in ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and web application development. We are expanding our accessibility compliance services and are looking for an IAAP-certified professional to conduct website accessibility audits and provide compliance guidance.

Role Overview We are seeking an

IAAP-certified accessibility expert

who can: Conduct comprehensive website accessibility audits Evaluate websites against WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines Provide structured audit reports with issue categorization Guide on compliance standards aligned with international accessibility requirements Assist in documentation required for accessibility certification readiness

The JBMatrix development team will handle all remediation, including coding fixes for websites and PDF documents, as per the audit report.

Responsibilities

Perform accessibility audits for websites and web applications Review accessibility of PDF documents Identify WCAG Level A / AA compliance gaps Provide clear, developer-ready issue documentation Offer validation testing after remediation Support clients in accessibility compliance processes

Required Qualifications

IAAP Certification (CPACC / WAS / CPWA preferred) Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 standards Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, screen readers) Experience auditing enterprise or government websites preferred Strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in accessibility consulting Knowledge of Indian and international compliance standards Ability to work collaboratively with development teams
