Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Sr. Training & Quality Manager
to support our GenAI/LLM Practice by integrating Project Management methodology into our Total Quality Management (TQM) framework.
This role will work closely with Global Delivery and TQM leadership to design, deploy, and govern training and quality strategies across multiple projects and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate structured Project Management practices into TQM frameworks during project scoping and initiation
Lead end-to-end training lifecycle management (design, development, delivery, certification, re-certification)
Establish and govern quality measurement and quality assurance methodologies
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit readiness, KPI recovery, and threshold stabilization strategies
Build and maintain structured dashboards, early-warning systems, and performance reporting frameworks
Oversee calibration mechanisms and closed-loop feedback between QA and Training
Ensure consistent implementation of client policies and process standards across locations
Collaborate with Analytics and Workforce teams to align assessment performance with project outcomes
Develop and maintain training repositories and documentation for audit compliance
Mentor and coach TQM leaders, fostering accountability and performance ownership
Support large-scale ramp-ups while maintaining precision, quality, and operational stability
Qualifications:
3+ years of Operations/Project Management experience (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred)
3+ years of Training and Quality Management experience in AI, Data Annotation, or BPO environments
Experience managing quality governance in large-scale operations (1000+ FTE preferred)
Strong expertise in audit frameworks, precision improvement, AHT optimization, and structured governance cadence
Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Index Match, dashboards, data visualization, text functions)
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams (OMs, QAMs, TMs)
Advanced degree in English (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred; exceptional Bachelor’s candidates may apply)
