Key Responsibilities: ● Edit raw footage into finished videos with refined color grading, sound design, and graphics integration. ● Create motion graphics, including titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and animations for video content. ● Design static graphics such as thumbnails, posters, banners, promotional materials, and social media assets. ● Interpret creative briefs and directional feedback from curators and producers; iterate efficiently based on artistic vision. ● Organize and archive raw footage, project files, graphics, and templates in centralized systems for workflow efficiency. ● Export and optimize videos for multiple platforms—broadcast, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn—ensuring technical and aesthetic compliance. ● Collaborate with curatorial, artistic, and technical teams on complex multimedia projects. ● Stay current with editing software, plugins, and AI-assisted design and editing capabilities. ● Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. ● Troubleshoot technical workflows and optimize processes for faster, more efficient production cycles.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience: Experience ● 3–5 years of professional video editing and graphic design experience. ● Strong portfolio demonstrating editing, motion graphics, and design capabilities. ● Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or equivalent portfolio-based experience. ● Professional background in media production, creative agencies, or cultural organizations.

Core Competencies: ● Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. ● Strong visual awareness: composition, typography, color theory, and design principles. ● Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading and color correction. ● Technical problem-solving and workflow optimization skills. ● Storytelling ability that elevates content and engages audiences. ● Time management and multitasking across concurrent projects. ● Collaboration and receptiveness to creative feedback and directional changes. ● Understanding of video formats, codecs, and platform-specific optimization requirements.

Preferred Expertise: ● AI-assisted tools proficiency (ChatGPT, Eleven Labs, MidJourney, generative image tools) ● 3D animation or visual effects experience (Cinema 4D, Blender) ● Sound design or audio engineering background ● Social media content optimization and strategy expertise ● Broadcast or live streaming production experience ● Prior arts or nonprofit organization experience

Technical Skills: ● Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). ● Advanced DaVinci Resolve proficiency for editing and color grading. ● Adobe Audition for audio editing and sound design. ● AI tools integration: ChatGPT, MidJourney, Eleven Labs. ● Proficiency exporting and optimizing for multiple platforms and formats. ● Basic knowledge of video codecs, compression standards, and broadcast specifications.
