Marriage Counselor

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Marriage Counselor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support couples in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, and building healthier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions - Assess relationship dynamics and identify core issues - Develop structured therapy plans tailored to clients’ needs - Facilitate conflict resolution and communication strategies - Maintain confidential client records and documentation - Provide pre-marital and post-marital counseling support - Conduct workshops or group sessions (if required)

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Psychology / Counseling / Marriage & Family Therapy - Relevant certification or license in counseling (preferred) - 2–5 years of experience in marriage or relationship counseling - Strong interpersonal and active listening skills - High emotional intelligence and empathy - Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CBT, EFT, or other therapeutic approaches - Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds - Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred)
