Product and Sales . In this role, you’ll create impactful training materials—decks, videos, and micro-learning content—that empower sales teams across Retail, Fintech, and NBFC channels to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with

Product, Training, and Marketing teams

to understand product launches and programs Create

visually compelling presentations (PPT/Google Slides)

with strong storytelling and sales focus Customize content for diverse channels (Retail, Fintech, NBFC) Manage multiple projects and ensure

timely delivery of training assets Develop

short-format training videos

(product explainers, pitch demos) Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth execution What We’re Looking For 3+ years in

Sales Enablement / Product Marketing / Training Content Development Strong

PowerPoint & presentation design skills Experience in

Retail / Fintech / BFSI

(preferred) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Basic

video editing skills

(Canva or similar tools) Education BBA in Communications (preferred) Key Skills Ability to translate features into

sales benefits (WIIFM mindset) Strong analytical thinking to simplify complex constructs Excellent multitasking and coordination skills Strong

visual storytelling ability
