Our initial service offerings include location-based intelligence through precise mapping (including Photogrammetry, LiDAR, 3D mapping, Drone Mapping Services), advanced data analytics, and innovative applications of artificial intelligence.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a GIS Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The GIS Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for GIS solutions, engaging with clients to understand their GIS needs, and providing technical consultations.

This role requires a good understanding of Geospatial Mapping Services, Remote sensing, and AI-driven mapping technologies, coupled with proven experience in consultative selling and partnership development.

The role also involves preparing proposals, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, the GIS Sales Manager will participate in industry events, support marketing activities, and contribute to the growth strategy.

The ideal candidate

must have exposure in International Sales in GIS Industry

and strong industry connects across American, European and Middle East markets.

Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target industries and specific client needs for geospatial AI solutions. Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.

Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored geospatial AI solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions, translating complex technical details into clear business benefits.

Institutional Contract Expertise: Experience in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle with government bodies, large institutions, universities, and research organizations. Successfully manage end-to-end contract lifecycles, from RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations) to contract negotiation and execution. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with industry leaders, technology partners, and research institutions. Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives.

Strong Communication & Negotiation: Present solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications 3- 8 years of experience in International Sales for Geospatial Services Strong network of contacts within the geospatial industry. Strong understanding of GIS, remote sensing, and AI-driven mapping principles. Proficiency in GIS Applications and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales and client relationship management Experience in proposal and grant writing, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation package for the suitable candidate.
