Experience - 3 - 6 years in Health Insurance
Job Description –
1. Activate existing Life, Motor, and Health agents for cross-sell and upsell, and activate new FAs.
2. Nurture POSPs with strong Health potential.
3. Run health-focused activation drives, renewal campaigns, weekly reviews, and promote Health across all their branches
4. Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the health vertical within SGI.
5. Identify and source innovative health products and solutions to add to our portfolio.
6. Build partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
7. Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Skills required –
1. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the health insurance industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Strong Data Analytics and command over MIS.
Qualification: MBA in Insurance (MBA from reputed Institute), Any Graduate and Doctorate in any stream.
