As the Senior Product Operations Associate, you will support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of an existing product by executing day‑to‑day operations, collaborating with cross‑functional partners, and contributing to the product work plan under the guidance of the Product Operations Manager.
End-to-End Product Management & Delivery
Contribute to the product work plan and execute assigned projects aligned to product objectives.
Partner with Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs) to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Identify and recommend operational improvements to enhance product performance and user experience.
Communicate clearly and proactively with FCEs, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
Contract & SLA Fulfillment
Provide timely updates on daily operations and progress toward commitments.
Support the resolution of operational issues to maintain service quality.
Deliver against SLAs and KPIs under the direction of the Product Operations Manager.
Financial Management
Contribute to cost estimates for product operations and enhancement efforts.
Monitor and track product‑related expenses against budget.
Support surplus targets through responsible cost management.
Uphold ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Experience and Skills:
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to provide status updates on day-to-day operations; deep understanding of SLAs and KPIs
Ability to understand client/vendor’s needs and ensure that ETS is meeting those expectations
Demonstrated understanding of product operational needs
Escalates effectively when faced with uncertainty and / or lack of data by seeking the data necessary to guide decision-making
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
5+ years of experience in administrative or project management
Shift Time - 430 pm - 130 am
Have to go through an Excel Assessment.
