Role Overview
The Associate Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for supporting clients in effectively using the Superset platform, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email and phone.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions using the platform.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.
Contribute to internal documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyse and resolve customer queries effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in a SaaS or technical support environment is preferred.
