About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, preferably in IT services or managed services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with company offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in IT services / Managed Services / Procurement sales is preferred.
Target-driven with strong closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in selling IT procurement, cloud migration, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services.
Strong network in Bengaluru corporate/IT ecosystem.
Immediate joiners preferred.
