Eligibility Criteria Graduates from any discipline Final semester students are NOT eligible Fresh graduates preferred Good communication skills (verbal & written) Clear understanding of software testing basics

Key Responsibilities Understand software requirements and test scenarios Execute manual test cases and report defects Assist in functional, regression, and system testing Collaborate with QA and development teams Learn and follow QA standards and best practices

Required Skills Strong fundamentals of Software Testing concepts Knowledge of SDLC & STLC Basic understanding of manual and automation testing Good analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork

Good to Have Exposure to automation tools like Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (optional) Basic programming knowledge is an added advantage
