Freelance Consultant - Financial Planning & Analysis

Our Client, A leading global FMCG Firm, is looking for a Consultant to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team in Finance as they drive reporting and aid the business in outperformance.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting document and automate month end processes and Global reporting submissions for the business ensuring on time and qualitative submission Work with business teams and partnering them to identify and close identified governance issues Problem solving and resolution Participating in projects related to standardization, digitalization, automation or new process implementation Supporting within the team on operational aspects as well as ongoing streams of work

Skills Required Financial Accounting and Reporting knowledge Analytical thinking and problem-solving mind-set. Effective Communication: Fluent in English, oral and written Stakeholders Management IT skills – excellent level of computer literacy (incl excel & SAP) Team working – demonstrate commitment to the team in helping to achieve goals; proactively share best practice, ideas and insights with colleagues Agility and ability to adjust quickly to changes Strong in holding self and others accountable
