About the Role We hiring a Quick Commerce Growth Manager to own end-to-end growth and commercial performance across quick commerce platforms, with Instamart as the primary growth lever and Blinkit as secondary. This is not an account management role. This is a P&L-oriented growth operator role requiring strong platform relationships, execution velocity, and revenue ownership. The role will crack Mumbai first as a scalable playbook to unlock Delhi and other metros.

Core Objectives Own Quick Commerce growth end-to-end across platforms Build and execute platform-specific growth playbooks Drive 40–50% growth within 90 days Establish Mumbai as the anchor city before scaling to Delhi

Success Metrics 40–50% QoQ growth on Quick Commerce within 90 days Improved visibility across search, collections, and platform placements High-performing SKU × city combinations with consistent availability Repeatable execution playbooks that can be scaled across cities Key Responsibilities

1.Platform & Category Manager Ownership Build strong, high-trust relationships with platform category managers Actively negotiate visibility, placements, and growth opportunities Drive inclusion in platform campaigns, events, and collections Represent COOKD as a high-potential growth brand on platforms 2. Visibility, Search & Platform Ads Own platform levers: search ranking, sponsored ads, collections, and banners Plan and execute platform ad spends with ROI accountability Continuously monitor keyword, placement, and share-of-voice performance Optimize discoverability to drive sustainable topline growth 3.Promotions & Calendar Planning Own monthly and quarterly promo calendars Design promotions that balance growth with contribution margins Execute platform events, city-specific campaigns, and bursts Coordinate closely with platforms to maximize impact of promotions 4. SKU × City Growth Strategy Identify, test, and scale winning SKU × city combinations Prioritize hero SKUs for each platform and geography Optimize assortment depth based on velocity and profitability Kill underperforming SKUs decisively 5.Supply Chain & Availability Management Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure high in-stock rates Align demand planning with platform forecasts and promo spikes Minimize OOS losses during peak demand windows Ensure readiness for scale during platform-led campaigns 6.Catalog Hygiene & Performance Own catalog quality: images, titles, descriptions, pricing, and pack sizes Ensure platform-specific compliance and best practices Continuously improve conversion through better catalog execution Monitor catalog health and fix issues proactively 7. Data, Reporting & Decision-Making Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics Own revenue, growth, and efficiency numbers Diagnose underperformance and course-correct quickly Communicate insights and action plans clearly to leadership

Role Expectations First 30 Days Deep dive into current QC performance across platforms Identify top-performing and high-potential SKU × city bets Build relationships with category managers and platform teams Establish baseline metrics and growth levers

Medium-Term 60 Days Launch structured platform-specific playbooks Execute optimized promo and visibility calendars Improve in-stock rates and catalog performance Begin showing strong growth momentum

Long-Term (90 Days) – Ownership & Scale Deliver 40–50% growth across Quick Commerce Establish Mumbai as a proven growth city Create documented playbooks ready for Delhi rollout Build a repeatable QC growth system

Requirements 1-4 years of experience in Quick Commerce / Marketplace growth Hands-on experience working with Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar Strong relationship management with platform/category teams Proven ability to drive growth through visibility, promos, and execution High ownership of numbers and outcomes Ability to move fast in ambiguous environments
