Sennovate is a US-based cybersecurity company operating across San Ramon, California and Coimbatore, India. We're hiring an Executive Assistant who works directly with the CEO — professionally and personally.

This is an ownership role. You make sure things get done. Full stop.

⏰ Availability Must be reachable until 1:00 PM PST / 2:30 AM IST daily.

What You Own

- CEO's calendar, inbox, and communications — PST and IST - Travel coordination — US and India, end to end - Meeting briefs, agendas, and action tracking - Bridge between US leadership and India team - Personal logistics, family coordination, and errands - Every open commitment — tracked until done
