Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst, you will manage end‑to‑end activities post‑selection through off‑boarding while building strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, vendors, and contractors. You will ensure smooth onboarding, assignment management, compliance, and operational excellence within the VMS environment. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the Program Lead/Specialist. Provide backend operational support including updates to hiring managers, cost centers, end dates, and customer‑defined fields in the VMS (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN, etc.). Enter new contractor profiles and manage contract extensions. Conduct contractor onboarding/orientation. Coordinate with managers, vendors, and security to ensure all paperwork is completed pre‑ and post‑assignment. Ensure timely closure of work orders and notify security for off‑boarding. Support time & expense tracking, including collection of hours and follow‑ups with hiring managers. Maintain constant communication with hiring managers, suppliers, and contractors (email, VOP, phone). Work closely with supplier partners to ensure timely completion of new‑hire documentation. Log client and supplier inquiries in Salesforce or equivalent MIS. Run and review standard program reports as required. Provide system/user support and ensure adherence to client policies and compliance requirements. Monitor data accuracy and collaborate effectively with all team members. Handle

Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in Staffing, MSP, or contingent workforce management. Hands‑on experience with VMS tools like Beeline or Fieldglass preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, documentation, and follow‑up skills. Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment, independently and within a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills. Basic French‑speaking ability is a must. Invoice processing experience is required.
