Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in South Delhi. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring smooth inventory management. The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, addressing customer queries, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address client needs and foster positive experiences. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers. Proven experience in Store Management and Retail operations, including overseeing sales, inventory, and team performance. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimise shrinkage and ensure operational efficiency. Leadership abilities and organisational skills to manage a team effectively and enhance store performance. Previous experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
