Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Tech Lead with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, and React. The candidate will be responsible for leading SharePoint development initiatives, designing scalable enterprise solutions, and mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SharePoint development and solution architecture initiatives. • Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online and SPFx framework. • Develop custom web parts using React and integrate with Microsoft 365 services. • Automate business workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices. • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers. • Manage deployments, version control, and production support activities. Required Skills • 8–10 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx. • Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and broader Power Platform. • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations. • Experience in leading teams and managing client interactions. Preferred Skills • Experience in SharePoint migrations (On-Prem to Online). • Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
