Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control (Online QC) role based in Kochi. The Online QC will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality throughout the seafood processing workflow, including the implementation of quality control measures during production. The role involves conducting inspections, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ensuring compliance with international quality standards. The position requires collaborative interaction with production teams to address any issues promptly and maintain adherence to set quality benchmarks for products.

Qualifications

Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and experience in Quality Auditing Strong understanding of international standards such as HACCP, EU, and USFDA quality guidelines Detail-oriented with excellent observational and analytical skills Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment Experience in the seafood processing industry would be an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field preferred
