Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: 5โ12 years in TA (EdTech experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
โ Lead the complete recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles across the Vocational business. โ Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand headcount planning, hiring needs, and role requirements.
โ Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases to ensure high-quality pipelines.
โ Optimize recruitment processes for speed, efficiency, and exceptional candidate experience.
โ Oversee hiring metricsโoffer-to-join ratios, TAT, sourcing productivity, funnel movement, and vendor performance.
โ Manage and mentor TA team members to deliver consistent and high-quality results.
โ Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and niche Vocational roles.
โ Ensure strict adherence to compliance, documentation, and organizational hiring policies.
โ Work closely with HRBP and Finance teams for smooth workforce planning and onboarding.
Requirements
โ 8โ12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in EdTech (mandatory).
โ Strong experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Academic, Product, and Corporate roles in high-growth environments.
โ Proven ability to manage bulk as well as niche hiring.
โ Experience leading/mentoring a TA team.
โ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
โ Strong data-driven approach with ability to create insights from hiring metrics.
โ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and evolving business structure
