• Creating pipeline through strategic outbound and network-led prospecting
• Engaging senior decision-makers including Heads of Sales, CX leaders, RevOps, and Founders
• Owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close
• Converting pilots into multi-seat deployments
• Contributing directly to GTM strategy and market positioning
You will work directly with the founders and shape how Tasknova enters and expands within its target markets.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines discipline with hunger.
• 2–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to close outbound-driven deals
• Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
• Experience selling to mid-market or growth-stage companies
• Structured thinking and commercial maturity
You should be:
• Comfortable building opportunity where none exists
• Confident speaking with senior stakeholders
• Motivated by performance-based upside
• Competitive yet strategic
• Resilient under rejection
Experience selling into Sales, CX, BPO, SaaS, Real Estate, or BFSI environments is a strong advantage.
