We are a technology-driven company in the life science regulatory affairs domain, providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking an exceptional Senior/Lead Software Engineer specialising in AI/ML development to join our dynamic, agile engineering team.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced technologist passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions—specifically focusing on LLM orchestration and RAG pipeline development. You will have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact on our technology roadmap.

What You Will Do:

Build & Deploy:

Design scalable, loosely coupled microservices and backend systems. AI Innovation:

Develop production-grade AI/ML systems using LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and custom RAG pipelines. Collaborate:

Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software. Optimize:

Monitor and debug backend systems for performance, ensuring they handle enterprise-level traffic. Mentor:

Share technical knowledge and guidance with colleagues in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

Exposure to healthcare IT systems (HIS, EMR/EHR). Familiarity with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
