Role Overview: BIM Architect

As a BIM Architect, you will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality BIM models and drawings across multiple project types. You’ll collaborate closely with structural, MEP, design consultants, and project stakeholders, contributing directly to project success. This role is ideal for architects who want to move beyond drafting and become true BIM professionals.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Architectural BIM models using Revit in line with project BEPs and standards Prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation Coordinate with MEP and Structural teams for clash-free, coordinated models Participate in clash detection, design reviews, and coordination meetings Identify design discrepancies and support resolution through BIM workflows Ensure model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards and codes Support project managers with model updates, revisions, and client deliverables Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes, workflows, and standards

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 02–05 years of hands-on experience in BIM Architectural projects Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Good understanding of LOD concepts, BIM coordination, and documentation workflows Experience working on Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Industrial projects Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural design intent Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to meeting project deadlines Work on high-impact national and international BIM projects Exposure to global clients, standards, and workflows Opportunities for international travel and overseas assignments (project-based) Clear career growth path into BIM Lead / Project Coordinator roles Learn from experienced BIM professionals and technical leaders Hands-on involvement in advanced BIM coordination and delivery, not just modeling A culture that values ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
